Tottenham Hotspur will have to come from 3-0 down against Borussia Dortmund on Thursday if they're to make it into the Europa League quarterfinals. A weakened Spurs side was comprehensively outclassed in the reverse fixture at Signal Iduna Park, and they need to pull off a big comeback in the second leg as a result. In truth, they're unlikely to give it a real go. Coach Mauricio Pochettino is clearly prioritizing a run at the Premier League title, and is once again expected to field something of a second-string team.

However, that isn't to say this won't be an interesting game to watch. Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel clearly thinks the Europa League is a tournament worth fighting for, and he's turned BVB into one of the continent's most watchable clubs since taking over from Jürgen Klopp. At the very least, we should be able to catch them turn in another exciting performance.
