USA vs. Guatemala lineups

Jurgen Klinsmann has changed formations and put some of his best players into their real positions.

The lineups are out for the United States men's national team match against Guatemala, and embattled manager Jurgen Klinsmann has made big changes.

Somewhat surprisingly, Steve Birnbaum is in the starting lineup ahead of Omar Gonzalez. While that's a bit scary, fans will be happy to see that Geoff Cameron is his partner, while DeAndre Yedlin has moved to right back. Klinsmann has changed formations, with the team listed in a 4-3-3. Kyle Beckerman and Graham Zusi will join captain Michael Bradley in midfield, while Bobby Wood and Gyasi Zardes flank Clint Dempsey up top.

Despite getting problems with his visa cleared up, Carlos Ruiz is not in the starting XI for Guatemala. Neither is long-time MLS star Marco Pappa, who came off the bench in Friday's game.

United States lineup (4-3-3): Brad Guzan; Edgar Castillo, Geoff Cameron, Steve Birnbaum, DeAndre Yedlin; Michael Bradley, Kyle Beckerman, Graham Zusi; Gyasi Zardes, Clint Dempsey, Bobby Wood

Guatemala lineup (4-4-2): Paulo Motta; Cristián Jiménez, Carlos Castrillo, Rafael Morales, Moisés Hernández; Jean Márquez, Stefano Cincotta, José Contreras, Rodrigo Saravia; Gerson Tinoco, Mafre Icute

Kickoff should be just after 7:25 p.m. ET from Mapfre Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. You catch the game in English on ESPN2 and in Spanish on UniMás.
