Did you wake up early hoping to get your soccer fix with some hot preseason action? Well, too bad. The International Champions Cup match between Manchester United and Manchester City was canceled on Monday thanks to an unplayable pitch. There have been very heavy rains in Beijing over the last week, causing devastating floods in some areas.

It's been a rough week for Manchester United, who lost their first preseason game 4-1 to Borussia Dortmund in Shanghai. They also had a flight diverted away from Beijing due to weather after that game, and didn't arrive at their team hotel until after 1 am local time. They'll head back to England after a trip that was thoroughly unsuccessful in just about every way.
