Real Madrid kick off their International Champions Cup preseason campaign against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday. It's the first time Zinedine Zidane's side have played since defeating Atlético Madrid in the final of the Champions League back in May, and so it wouldn't be surprising if they were a little rusty. They'll also be without a string of their familiar faces, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos, Toni Kroos, Luka Modrić and Pepe.
PSG, on the other hand, should look a little more prepared for action. They've already played two preseason friendlies, defeating West Bromwich Albion before seeing off Inter Milan 3-1 in their ICC opener. Unai Emery has been able to bring a strong squad Stateside, with the likes of Edinson Cavani, Thiago Silva and Lucas Moura having been able to enjoy a full preseason schedule due to their lack of involvement in Euro 2016.
It will be the first encounter between these sides since last season's Champions League group stages, when Real Madrid won 1-0 at the Santiago Bernabéu after being held to a goalless draw in Paris.
