The United States looked like they were heading to extra time in the Gold Cup final on Wednesday night. That was until Jordan Morris popped up with this game-winning goal in the 88th minute.

Earlier in the second half, Morris made a mistake that might have seen him blamed for the USMNT failing to win the Gold Cup if they hadn’t pulled it off. He lost his man on a corner, allowing Jamaica to score an equalizer. But he more than made up with it by scoring this clutch goal, and now very few people will ever remember what happened before this thunderbolt.
