US Open 2016: Schedule, TV coverage and live streaming for Day 7

The Round of 16 at the US Open will begin on Sunday, and all of Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Angelique Kerber will be in action.

The field has been decreased to 16 players in both the men's and women's singles brackets at the 2016 US Open. The Round of 16 will get underway proper on Sunday, and both Novak Djokovic and Angelique Kerber will be in action on Sunday.

Djokovic, the top seed for the men, has another unseeded opponent in front of him in Kyle Edmund. If things go well for Edmund, he'll at least be able to play a full match against Djokovic, which two of his three opponents thus far have yet to do. Injuries have sent Djokovic through two matches with nearly just a single set played.

Edmund is coming off a four-set victory over American No. 20 seed John Isner.

Kerber will have a tough opponent in Petra Kvitova, the bronze medalist at the Rio Olympics and 14th seed. Kvitova is coming off a straight-set victory over Elina Svitolina, the tournament's No. 22 seed. Kerber herself is looking great and bested Catherine Bellis of the United States in straight sets, 6-1, 6-1.

Kerber is the top competition for Serena Williams, the world No. 1 whose hold on that ranking is still contested by Kerber herself. Williams has looked great thus far though, and on Saturday she won her 307th Grand Slam match, the most of any woman in tennis history.

Rafael Nadal will be in action on Sunday as well. Nadal, the fourth seed, will face Lucas Pouille, the 24th seed. Injuries have limited Nadal's success in recent years but he looks healthy and will be a force in these final rounds of the tournament. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, the ninth seed, will also face the No. 26-seeded Jack Sock on Sunday, while No. 10 Gael Monfils will face the unseeded Marcos Baghdatis.

Play begins at 11 a.m. ET on Sunday, and will run all day. ESPN2 will carry the Round of 16 coverage, beginning when play starts and running through 11 p.m. If you're watching online, WatchESPN will have live streams of all courts.
