I didn’t mean to declare him a bust. I just wasn’t really sure what his status was. He wasn’t even mentioned in the article but I was pretty certain he hadn’t entered the portal. He was a pretty high profile recruit a couple years ago. Is he just not that good ?

Make Spann-Ford a bigger part of the passing game. Morgen NEEDS to look for him more. He’s 6:7 has good speed and good hands. He should be a MUCH bigger Red-Zone threat and he should be running right up the seam consistently, putting pressure on safeties.

Were strategic and crucial. Garcia can play in the Big Ten and Cooper is just the kind of PG we need…a facilitator. It was great to get the scoring we did out of the PG position with Willis last year, but I prefer PG’s who facilitate and score "just enough." 9-10 PPG is a nice level for a pass first PG. We still DO need more backcourt depth.
