"If I don't make it, don't you forget about me"

This happened to me as a youth on my only trip to Hawaii
Grandpa took us to Honolulu using his miles and fell for the ol’ "come take a free tour of our private campus" trick from two Ned Flanders’ wearing BYU-Hawaii polos.
I protested, got shushed, then 2 wasted hours of my island vacation later, gloated when the LDS folk turned the modern prophets rhetoric up to 11.

I hear you, but I hope you don't presume it's intentional? Finding a writer who wants to consistently post about non-rev sports like FH and VB is not all that straightforward
As an undergrad 20 years ago (christ), I worked on a small college newspaper staff in various roles. It is not easy finding someone to write 800 words about cross country, golf, & swimming every week. This is not facetious—if it’s your passion, start posting Fan Posts or submit some ideas to Mike and/or the Not Mike Army. Throw in some Duke references/links to score points with Mike.
Buried or not, I assumed CC’s references to non-rev sports on News & Notes posts significantly outpace the average amplification these sports get on the typical SB Nation style blog but I could be way off.
I can’t believe I’m what about-ing this, but are there any other SB Nation style team sports blogs that offer consistent posts about their non-rev sports? Syracuse lacrosse maybe? I don’t really read other college sites these days; genuine question.

Back in 2012, UK got outed by the Herald-Leader for cooking the books with football attendance
At mid-season in 2012, when the C-J used open record laws to obtain the actual attendance #s for tickets scanned, Barnhart/UK stopped recording the actual attendance the very next game, lol.
I’m fairly confident it was reported/implied that Louisville football did not cook the ticket books back then, but that practice might be more acceptable across most sports now with attendance figures being down the last several years? No idea.

By removal, you mean UofL's going to buy out Tyra's contract in May 2022 with less than a year left on his 5-year deal?
Per https://t.co/ysJG9aMV42, there were 21 victories by closing line underdogs in Week 5. That's tied for the second-most upset wins in a week since 2007:
23 – 2018 Week 9
21 – 2021 Week 5
21 – 2007 Week 6
21 – 2016 Week 6

Happy to see my team beat UCF in a soul-crushing fashion. All the intel coming from the team insiders was pointing toward a bounce back game but I still have my doubts about our coach, aka Great Value Dabo.
