I guess the answer will come down to health.
Like you said, that was after another injury. I think a healthy Dozier probably lives between first and second half, which comes out to that nice and tidy 120 wRC+ for the season.

Yeah, either way, I don't follow the thinking there.
Dozier was really good and Starling was really bad. The "used correctly" doesn’t really apply.

Dozier may indeed regress.....
But I find it interesting how many people just expect it to happen. He had a top 30 hard-hit rate in baseball last year and did a great job of keeping the ball off the ground. Gotta remember he was once a top prospect, if he hadn’t been derailed by injuries over 2017 and 2018, who knows what he’d’ve done. Just find it interesting how many people just EXPECT regression from a 124 wRC+. It’s not like he posted a season like O’Hearn in 2018 that was never going to be sustainable.

"...Starling and Dozier (worse than 2019 but still serviceable if used correctly)..."
Bubba Starling posted a 47 wRC+ and -0.5 fWAR last year. I don’t really see a path for him being worse AND serviceable.

Nick Heath doesn't debut until 2023?!?!?!?!?!

Sports leagues changing their identities to conform to people who don't watch them in the first place is very 2020 of them.

I'm rooting for Junis as well. Great dude, would love to see it work out for him in the rotation.
But I also can’t help but wonder if that slider wouldn’t be even better in shorter stints. He’d be a great candidate for an opener role if the Royals ever decide to try that out.
