Captain Alexander Livingston Snark Hooligan, Esq. (CPT Hoolie, for short) is in reality neither a Captain nor a Hooligan. He is an alumnus of Michigan State University with an Mr. degree and a minor in ROTC. CPT Hoolie is also not a lawya, but has two members of his immediate family that are. However, he doesn't hold that against them.
