I also think DW is the better PG and probably best PG on the team, however with Vassel, Dejounte or Keldon improving that could change. The problem with putting the ball in DW’s hand is Murray’s defender would be clogging passing or driving lane, which could suppress the advantage of having Derrick handling. Also i think Dejounte ability to get a mid ranger off almost at will make him a decent option. A Murray Poeltl PnR with 3 shooters around them would make the read easier and make it easier to get to the rim. Since Murray improved to league average there we could have a good surprise there. White off the ball also make sure that the Spurs havea very good secondary option if/when the first attack failed.
My opinion is that Murray will be the PG with the starters and White with the Bench. I also wonder which one is better at attacking the ring.

I think Murray and White will be starting. He will probably stagger them to have one on the floor at all time. Murray will be the PG because he is the worst shooter, White will be the SG because he is the better shooter of the 2. I’m guessing Pop would sub in Forbes/Vassel at the 5min mark to replace White. So bench PG would be White with Forbes or Lonnie as SG. The 3 almost surefire starters next season immo are White Murray and Poeltl.
I think the biggest uncertainty is about forwards. My bet would be Keldon and McDermot starting. But that would mean there is 3 non shooter starting depending on Murray and Johnson improvement. If Pop wants more shooting and I think he should go that route I would replace Keldon with Vassel, especially if he is strong enough to defend SF. A Murray White Vassel McDermot and Poeltl line up would give more spacing to Murray to attack the paint.
The bench would have enough shooting with Forbes, Jock Longdale, Collins and Lonnie.
