Lifelong martial artist and former amateur fighter with a 7-2 kickboxing record. My original background is in combat Taekwondo and then I later transitioned to Muay Thai. Now days I train in Dutch Kickboxing when I have the time and occasionally cross-train in Boxing. I'm currently a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu and train on and off.
