According to the stats, all 12 active players have played in at least 20 games.

Ouch!
We let this one slip away.
I don’t think Vic wanted us to foul as early
as we did in that last sequence with only
5 seconds left in the game. Let a few
seconds run off the clock and then foul.
Anyhow, Alabama ran a good play at the
end. I thought for sure we would have
put them away earlier on in this game.

We need her shooting.
I think her injury slowed her down a step.

The current roster lists 13 players. I assume all are on scholarship.

Wiggins, Danberry, Espinoza-Hunter, Mingo-Young,
Matharu, Hemingway and Myah Taylor are listed as
guards.
Jackson, Carter and Bibby are listed as forwards.
Sidney Cooks is listed as a forward, but I think
she is sitting out this season as a transfer from
Michigan State.
Morris and Promise Taylor are listed as centers.

I'd like to see Bibby draining 3's.
That tends to stretch the defense.

The "A" Team (i.e. us ) is here.
It is a pleasure to watch a team that’s coached this well.
Vic is arguably our best coach in any sport. Even when
they hit a rut, you figure they can work themselves out
of it. We have a young team and a deep team. The
future looks bright.
I watched the men’s game yesterday, and our defense
was atrocious. A&M has one of the worst scoring
offenses in all of NCAA Division 1 basketball. They
currently rank #335 as a team at less than 63 points
per game. Naturally, they torched us for 87 points.
I simply can not figure out what sort of team our
men’s team is. I don’t think it is an NCAA team.
We might have to win at least 5 more games to
make it.

That was a nice response to a slow start.
Keep pouring it on.

I'd like to see our ladies administer a severe thumping to 'Bama today.

Well, we pulled that one out.
Things were looking iffy before the 4th quarter.
Well, it goes in the books as yet another "W".
We’ll take it.
Hail State!

That was a poor attempt at a last-second shot in regulation.
We should be attacking the basket there.
Comment
We are fouling them too much.
That’s one reason why I detest playing man-to-man
so much. You can pick up a lot of cheap fouls.
Comment
That was a nice little spurt at the end of the 3rd quarter.
We cut the lead down a bit.
Comment
I'd like to see us play some zone defense.
As a side note, that sure is an empty arena.
Comment
That game was hard to watch over the last half-minute or so.
Comment
Did you watch any of the men's game last night?
If you didn’t, the last ~36 seconds of that game were
as chaotic as I can remember. We did so many things
wrong in that spurt that it was like the Keystone Cops.

Let's dial it up a notch tonight.
Hail State!

Let's see a good game against Auburn.

We needed that one. A "W" is a "W"...
… but the last ~36 seconds of that game was chaotic.
We were leading by 9 points with ~36 seconds to go,
and they scored 11 points in ~30 seconds. We made
so many mistakes over that last ~36 seconds that it
looked almost comical.
I would guess we need at least 4 more wins to go to
the Big Dance this season.
Hail State!

How sweep it is.
Nice way to start off a new season.
Comment
Well, it wasn't our day today.
We play Auburn next.
Comment
Too many turnovers. Too many bricks.
They look unusually sloppy. They are in a rut.
Kentucky is also feeling it.
Kentucky has a line-up where I don’t think any
two of their players on the floor have the same
hair color. One is red, one is blue, one is blonde,
one looks brown, and one looks black.
Comment
Keep hope alive.
Maybe we will take this contest.
Comment
It looks like they are letting some pushin' and shovin' go.
This seems like the opposite of the men’s game
against Arky. It seems like Jones, for Arky, was
getting sent to the free-throw line all day long.
Comment
#10 for Kentucky can play ball.
We need to slow her down.
