Justin Brands is a senior Industrial Systems Engineering student with a specialization in management systems and operations research at The Ohio State University. Although not part of the data analytics specialization track, Justin also has a personal interest in analytics as applied to sports. He has several internships in baseball, including a general operations role with the off-season California Winter League Palm Springs, California and a research position with the Sport Development program at USA Baseball in Durham, North Carolina. He has also recently accepted an offer as an Operation Analyst at JP Morgan in Columbus. Justin plans to graduate in the Spring of 2019, where he wants to pursue a job in Operations or Analytics for a Major League Baseball team.
