from a technical perspective this is actually a horrible idea. Someone with evil intent could take down a site just by continually editing a post, so there has to be some limitation on the function.
There’s also the matter of troll editing, which is why the constant clamors of "let us edit our Tweets" will never go anywhere. It’s too easy to post "All in favor of puppies, say Aye!" and then change it to "All in favor of Hitler, say Aye!" and then screenshot all the gullible dupes who fell for your clever ruse and photoshop the "(edited)" tag out. "View history" doesn’t do much to help there.
It sucks that companies and developers have to consider this sort of thing, but here we are.

The call was illegal touching.
He touched the ball after he kicked it. I think it’s petty, especially on an onside kick attempt, to penalize a kicker for an inadvertent contact that occurs as a natural consequence of kicking the ball onside. But it was touching the ball after it was kicked, and that’s a penalty.
As to your side note: a lot, and expect every onside kick from now on to be reviewed to see if it happened.

Snyder did not have low-star/walkons
playing in his secondary back then. I mean, it’s possible he may have, but there were no star-ratings for recruits until around 2000.
That has led to the modern idea that Snyder couldn’t recruit actual talent, but it’s just not true. That early 2000s bunch came from all over the place in the wake of the 1997-2000 dominance.

You have the dude in your arms, in the air
All you gotta do is fall down. What Fields did was absolutely unnecessary, and it was done with deliberate force. Deliberate really being the key word.

Maybe you need to stop and think
about what it says about you that receiving a warning causes you to publicly embarrass yourself.
Yours wasn’t even the only warning issued as a result of that thread. And yet, rather than be a mature adult and addressing the issue privately, you accepted the warning… then came to cry about it in public so that everyone could see that the big bad moderator folks had told you, gasp, "don’t do that again".

You received a warning
for having the unmitigated gall and temerity to tell another member of this site to leave the site.
That is not "defending the team". This is not your house. You do not tell people to leave it. It is that simple.

1) You are not moderators. This isn’t your site to police. As such, the act of telling another member of this site — as opposed to obvious trolls, although we’d still prefer you allow us to handle that — to get off this site is unacceptable, period, end of story.
2) I really do not ever want to come into a thread again and see people telling each other to eff off.

So, we're gonna blow them out, huh?
