I'm a lifelong sports fan. Born and bred in southern W. Va., but spent most of my adult life in Columbus, Ohio. I previously worked as a sports writer for The Register-Herald in Beckley, W.Va., where I won a West Virginia Press Association award for best sports story. I currently live in Blacklick, Ohio with my wife Jen.
