Born in KCMO in1960, same year Lamar Hunt founded the future Kansas City Chiefs, then the AFL founder's Dallas Texans. I have bled Red & Gold from my first memory of seeing the Chiefs play, which happened to be vs. the much hated Raiders. After hitting 55 years of age, my body may be fading (having been on long-trem disability for 10 years due to many issues causing Chronic Pain), but my passion and fanaticism for the history rich Chiefs is as manic as it ever has been! I have 2 twin sons who I have brought up to also be rabid Chief Kingdom members and have taken them to training camps and to Arrowhead to make it permanently engrained in their DNA. Although we have lived in Fargo, ND for over 30 years,we made it a tradition to make it to Arrowhead in the Martyball Era. Even though I can't make it to mighty and loud Arrowhead anymore, my sons have taken up the 600 mile trek to Arrowhead and become a part of the Sea of Red. At least I have the Sunday Ticket, so I don't miss a game. Being on a fixed income, I do wish they would DTV would make it more affordable. So all in all, I am in the middle of a 3 generation Chief Fanatic family and proud of it! I might add, I was in the U.S. Coast Guard at 18 and became an Electronics Technician and worked for John Deere as an Electronics Process and Programming Technician in OEM Manufacturing Assembly, before having to go on disability.
