I'm a writer, editor, and life-long Oregonian who fell in love with the Thorns watching them win the inaugural NWSL championship from a packed bar in southeast Portland. My work has appeared in Portland Monthly, FourFourTwo, Excelle Sports, and elsewhere. My other interests include whiskey, bikes, and hiking, and I contribute minimally to several area futsal teams.
