My passion for the minor leagues started in the 1980s when I was a Little Leaguer in Connecticut, and guys like Ellis Burks and Sam Horn passed through New Britain in the Red Sox system. After graduating college in 2001, I spent a season working for the Lakewood BlueClaws of the South Atlantic League and another for the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes of the California League. In 2018, this passion was renewed and I created the Detroit Tigers Minor League Tracker Facebook page, as well as podcast by the same name, before joining the Bless You Boys staff. Sweet Lou will always be "My Tiger".
