A thirtysomething Hog fan who has his name on Senior Walk just below the north tower of Old Main for an MA in English, Class of 1999. As a native Arkansan (from Crossett), I have been working on a Ph.D. in Hogology since the late seventies, early eighties, those being the years of my earliest sports memories. My dissertation director, Frank Broyles, said I can count my posts here as chapters in my dissertation, that is after I explained to him what a blog was. I do actually work in academia itself as an academic advisor to college students at Oklahoma State. I make it to Razorback football games when I can. Happiest outings of late, 10 Liberty Bowl vs ECU, 08 vs. LSU, 06 vs. Tennessee, 04 vs. Alabama, 03 Independence Bowl, 00 Cotton Bowl win over Texas. .
