Carolina native who has followed the Panthers since their beginning. I'm really excited about finally having a completely new and young organization that says they are interested in building long term success with a more modern approach. I believe in loyalty to the team over individual players. I watch teams who are regularly successful maintain that success by constantly rotating players on their roster and trying to put the best 22 players on the field each season even if that means letting a better player leave at a specific position. Position value is very important and I'm hoping that emphasis on analytics does include that when resigning players as we haven't in the past which has continuously left holes in our roster. I will try to offer perspectives over opinions and discuss our team with the community here.
