A "healthy Cam" is the same as a "polite Trump". Both are oxymorons.

Pretty soon there will be an Instagram post in those illegible fonts that shows him dancing, twisting, climbing a tree……. etc. The crazy hair, crazy clothes…… will re-appear. Fans will suddenly believe that a Super Bowl is now guaranteed. And then? POOOOOFFFFF.

The only good news is that the fans in question here won’t be Panther fans.

Cam is gone. Forever. Traded or released. Deal with it and accept it. Just know that it is for the better. WAY BETTER.

Cam: "Everything starts with me……"

Duh!!! When has it been different? He is all about "Me, me, me". Oh wait, he is the "icon and entertainer". Guess what? Performances create icons, crazy hats and crazy hair don’t. Winning is entertainment, nothing else is.

One sentence?

No sir. There are many reasons:
- Super Bowl 50: Not diving on the ball that he fumbled and stood watching
- Super Bowl 50: Making an absolute ass of himself at the post-game conference
- Being an absolute dick with a female reporter
- The Sunday ball giveaway was actually Mike Shula’s idea, not Cam’s
- Not being particularly nice to non-black kids when there are no cameras around (first-hand experience)
- Hiding injury, hurting the team and then making a video with a cigar and wine. Gangsta persona? Not really. Want to see a real Gangsta attitude, see this, "When you see this ugly face, that means I scored. When you see this again, it means I scored again" (Courtesy Steve Smith).
- Take 2015 away and what has he really done performance wise? One-season wonder.

Enough said.

I was really upset when Luke shockingly retired, in fact it totally wiped out the great news of Joe Brady’s hiring. Greg is a different story. We all knew he would be gone given the parting reception he got at the last game. But I am still sad today given the great memories. Luke and Greg were true Panthers and kept pounding till the end.

However, I am actually looking forward to Cam being gone. More so after reading the Jordan Gross article on Charlotte Observer Link. He directly states the truth. Cam was the reason why the greatest Panther ever (Steve Smith) was released. The ‘icon and entertainer" couldn’t stand-up to a real Alpha male. When the Panthers release/trade Cam, I will be the first one to post "Good Riddance". That day is hopefully near.

Running this offense requires a QB with pin-point accuracy (and an O-Line that can hold up the pass rush for 3-4 seconds). While the O-Line can be coached up to meet the needs somewhat, we simply don’t have a QB on the roster currently who can run this. Kyle Allen is the closest among the three but he seriously needs to fix his issues – fumbling and not going through progressions to even be in the conversation. Cam is inaccurate and the skills that made him unique are diminished/gone. Will Grier is a wasted pick.
Joe Brady’s offense needs a Drew Brees/Tom Brady type cerebral QB. Not sure how we will get one like those.
