People really dwell on one play in the damn super bowl of all games. You don’t get there without being one of the best anyway. Unless you’re GB or Dallas.

Seems like a strange decision

Sign Golladay to a long term contract, draft a rookie early who could play slot and run consistent routes, then sign Jones to a short term extension. I’d be surprised if he demands too high a price on a 2 year contract.

His ceiling is fairly high in my opinion. Not sure who all knows the story but his dad was killed in a car accident at 19 when Mike was 6 months old. His dad loved football and his favorite player was Barry Sanders. I’m sure he’s proud to work hard for the Lions.

I think they take a stab at WR if they draft an offensive skill pos early though

I’d be happy with a lot of players. Simmons worries me though, might be a bit overhyped?

This coaching staff has had no idea what to do with him. Not sure I can trust them to figure out how to use Simmons. Okudah or Brown seem like much safer picks with similar upside.
