By day, saving children from buildings that are not above two stories and throwing cats out of trees to see if they will ever land on something other than their feet. By night, I am the lead administrator of a collaborative team of scientists from the World Wildlife Fund and Sierra Club focused on gathering integral data to create a better relationship and understanding between mankind and the ferocious beasts that are whales. Our work will be highlighted in a National Geographic special next Spring entitled, "Whale Indigestion: The Ocean's Natural Gas". And in between night and day, I enjoy covering college sports and U.S. Women's handball with hard hitting, semi-investigative, really serious, journalism.
