Can I ask you a serious, good faith question?
Are you the sock account for The Fun Police? You both use the same syntax and unnecessary punctuation but make strikingly opposite points with semi-invalid punctuation and elipses, no offense to TFP. But I also ask because a few regulars have accused me of being a sock for him and other people.

My brother, I actually like you for the most part.
You just come off like you’ve been drinking* or woke up on the wrong side of the bed around here sometimes. Please stop taking offense to anyone remotely disagreeing – even politely and in good faith – with you. I – on the basis of experience – recommend a psychotherapist or counselor. They can really make a difference.
And thank you Tre for your dedication to Texas football and your awesome efforts on the field.
- - No, I’m not saying anything about your language or comprehension. I just mean drunk pissed.

That does suck man.
Why did they do it, though? Over-oystering?
How about Louisiana? They have about the same, maybe even more in terms of actually cultivate-able coastline, as Texas. Oysters are a bitch to find lately.

Well in my case, I live in abject poverty under an overpass on 183.
So don’t take much that you read on the Internet as gospel. Also don’t ever underestimate how overvalued Austin real estate is.

I think if enough teams decided to leave and have their own tournament (ala the NIT), it wouldn't matter if the NCAA folded.
I’m not 100% on how much involvement or indirect sanctioning the NCAA has with the NIT, but there are other non-NIT tourneys that also don’t carry the NCAA stamp on everything involved.
I stand by my original call (not that I’m saying you’re arguing with me) that the NCAA needs to go fuck themselves where men’s revenue generating sports are concerned. They’ve shown over and over again that they cannot be trusted to evenhandedly, or with teeth, regulate things when politics or money are involved.

And that's kind of what I was going for in my OP that seems to have sparked so much contention.
NCAA can go fuck themselves were real money generating "revenue" sports are concerned. They’ve enriched far too many of their own mostly old White dudes while robbing too many young mostly Black dudes to count, blind. I’m fine with how they govern the women’s sports and non-revenue generating men’s sports. They’re criminals once real money gets involved.

And by HEB management of course I mean that extends to its sub-chain Central Market.

I sure as hell hope so!
Also I should have used Whole Foods. HEB is the best grocery chain on Earth and Central Market is next (only due to some exorbitant pricing). But I doubt HEB management calls the cops on a Texas player for making the simple mistake of hiding some crab legs under his shirt and walking out w/o paying.

If you want to get banned on Twatter, just question the official narrative on Ukraine-Russia.

No joke. Same here.
I got away with quite a lot, including my life, too often as a younger man. And the most HP I ever had at my disposal prior to turning 30 was 227 ponies later suped up to 320WHP in a 3,300 lb. car.
Cars and trucks these days put out insane power. Your Civic Si, depending on the MY, probably beats every Ferrari made prior to 1980.

RAOFLYAO?
What’s with the extra "A", dork?

I dunno.
I’d have to peer into the mind of TFP to answer that. Maybe he’ll answer you at some point, but I do remember seeing something about the new platform making comments easier to moderate (whether manually or via AI that’s been brought up).
If I had to venture a guess, however, reducing the number of comments by discouraging the more disruptive and insulting members of the audience from participating as much as they regularly do might lead to higher quality discussions and then as a result more participation. Less fear of being targeted for harassment, etc.
Again, though, I’m just speculating here and haven’t really devoted much time to the finer points of Coral inasmuch as moderation and traffic are concerned.
