That is correct
It actually shouldn’t be surprising that Rattler is transferring. Williams will be the starter next year and he wants to play.

It's a reference to the name of the linebackers group at Wisconsin
As for whether it’s silly, well…
Point being, that particularly bit of body graffiti is not related to any of Fleck’s monikers.

If you laughed we were definitely joking and the joke was and is hysterical
If you didn’t laugh then your sense of humor is broken and it is not at all actually a case of the wrong image being put up in a tryptophan induced haze.

As I did not make the argument that PJ is the best thing since 1904
It’d be nice to not be tagged as doing so. My response was directed at the notion that fans shouldn’t be fondly remember a season where the team won 11 games.
I have no idea how 2019 would have looked with OSU and Michigan on the schedule as it didn’t happen. The lack of OSU and Michigan on the schedule did not stop me from enjoying the fact they won 11 games and beat two top 10 teams. I guarantee that no one would have cared that they didn’t play OSU and Michigan if they finished 13-0.
If your point is that Minnesota supports football now in a way it didn’t before, we agree. One implication of that is that the team won 11 games for the first time in a century, had the highest win percentage since 1941, and was the highest ranked post season team since 1962.

In my lifetime, Minnesota has won double digits game twice. They have tied for the division championship once (2019). The last time they did that was 1967.
Focusing on the two losses is kind of a weird vibe for the highest ranked team in the post-season since 1962.
To preempt a boring conversation it’s fine to want titles and championships, I do too. I have been writing about this team on the internet for a decade and have been going to games since the womb. Obviously not all games are as important as others. Having gotten that out of the way, normally 7 wins in conference is winning the division. It literally did in 2019 and four out of the last seven years (inclusive).
I think it’s ok to look back at it fondly and bring it up as, again, it was two years ago.

Winning 11 games for the first time in over a century will do that for you
Frankly I find this sentiment bizarre. It’s fine to be excited about 2019 as it was quite literally two seasons ago and functionally the last full season because COVID messed with everything.

Just to be clear we still are not
though if Glen Taylor wants to pay me a bunch of money I will not complain.
