I understand that, but this is only coming up really because of the JJ scoring.
All I’m saying is that his scoring in that card wasn’t that crazy, after all he gave JJ rounds the other judges also gave to Jones.
You are right about hiring new judges, just saw a YouTube video on why that is not really happening. All those retired fighters can apparently easily apply to become judges, but they don’t get paid much and have to give up loads of weekends during the year, maybe there is just no interest in it.

I’ll start off by saying i don’t think it was a 49-46 fight, but was his scoring that hard to understand?
One judge gave rounds 2,4 and 5 to Jones, the other one gave 3,4 and 5 to Jones.
Just looking at those score cards it’s clear that everybody agreed 1 was clearly for Reyes and 4, 5 were clearly for Jones.
That leaves 2 and 3 that were close in the judges eyes they gave them 1 round each.
So is it so hard to think that that one judge just swayed twice towards Jones? Both the other Judges already rewarded Jones one of these rounds.
All you can conclude from this is that all 3 judges had a hard time scoring rounds 2 and 3.

Colby is delusional, he saw a different fight than we all did.
It was a close fight, he won some rounds, but he did lose.
And Mark G. did a good job i think, no need to bitch about the ref in this one.

I’m impressed, he really improved his Trump shtick. He’s got a stupid nick name for everybody and everybody is out to get him. He was winning but got robbed and "all" the people want to see the rematch.

The last time Jon Jones poked somebody in the eye was DC at UFC 182. I know he’s known for eye pokes, but you have to admit that it’s been a while. The only eye poke in JJ last 5 fights came from Gustafson and was a foul against JJ.
The knee against Smith would have been legal in other states, at the moment of contact he only had his hand on the floor.
