We've moved a number of times which caused me to do some purging over the years, but I do have a few ancient items
I have a Phi Psi 500 t-shirt from 1980. The gems are a PIAA track and field championship t-shirt and a high school letter jacket, both from 1973. Yes, I am that old. No, I don’t wear them. Don’t even think about my lawn.

It’s going to be interesting to see how NIL shakes out over time
I think NIL is fine and I think it will temper somewhat after a few athletes that landed good deals don’t pan out. There will probably be some people crying foul after a well-funded player decides to transfer, taking their bonus with them. This will probably be a very small fraction of the deals, but will be a catalyst for more restrictions.

What’s the deal with all of the QBs wearing a left knee brace?
Surely they don’t all have left knee injuries. I guess it is just a preventive thing.

I worked as a waiter in the Tavern in the late 70’s
Great place to work and the food was good. Whenever we make the trip from Austin back to State College, we try to stop in.

We beat this around after the Iowa game last year
Rather than the backup not being prepared, I think it is more likely he was fine in practice which is why he got the nod over Veilleux, but performed poorly on the day. The coaches see and evaluate the QBs every day in practice and know when someone is not prepared. If what we saw in the Iowa game was Roberson’s best and it was consistent with what he showed in practice, I don’t believe he would have seen the field.
