"Elston also took over for Van Gorder and did a good job back then."
No "I think he was."
And my butt does not hurt. I just don’t like people being mean. There is no reason for it. Don’t worry though. I can feel my self going to the dark side on this one, so I won’t keep picking on you about this.
That is false.
Definitely a different situation
I was (and am) a high school teacher. I was in a union and did not give my official resignation until the appropriate time. The school could not get rid of me (nor would they want to) before the end of the school year. However, the job search for my replacement would have to start before then to get a quality candidate. Obviously this is not the case in most industries.
I like to bust people’s balls when they speak in absolutes, such as "anyone" in "any role".

Imagine your reaction...
…if GR had misremembered.

I gave a year and a half notice when I left a job once, so that they could be prepared and find a quality replacement. It made a lot of sense, both of the "common" and "uncommon" varieties.
Different situation, but you did say "anyone" and "any role."

Looks like Freeman...
… is taking a Chansi with this hire.
(Someone had to do this. Sorry.)

The guy falls down when someone breaths on him
He needs to get stronger or get more elusive.

The offense was a bigger problem
OSU was running uptempo, not allowing us to sub in on Defense. Our guys got exhausted and didn’t get any breathers because our offense kept getting 12 yard incompletions on 1st and 2nd down, putting us at 3rd and 10 over and over again, then punting.
I really don’t understand why Buchner did not come in in the 2nd half. I really don’t understand why we move away from the screens that had been successful.
I love that they have a coach named
Joe Bob Clements
We have an answer for that.
Dominant lines for a few years. And then a bit of a dip.
Our line has been a strong point for years because of HH. He left. Our OL got worse but was still strong because of talent. Then this year we had talent but not quite a curve.
