It depends on the severity of the concussion. Some light concussions you can bounce back from in a day or 2. Others knock you out for weeks/months. They test periodically throughout the week and before games until they pass.

Yeah, it was a hard hit
I am on the border of whether or not it was targeting…too much left to interpretation there.
Either way though, it was a hard hit and his head bounced off the ground pretty hard. If he is indeed fully healthy, I will be absolutely shocked. Concussion at a minimum would be what I expect, but wouldn’t have been shocked if they said he broke his jaw or something. It was a nasty hit.
What I am still confused by is how they called the pass incomplete. He still had that ball in his arms after he hit the turf and while he was knocked out. No replay I saw showed the ball hitting the ground or coming out of his arms….which to me is amazing considering he was knocked out cold.
