As many times Breshad Perriman’s name pops up I usually don’t take it seriously. They could’ve had this dude back in 2015 but keep passing on him including last year.

sounds like they haven’t learned a damn thing. They are so afraid of change. Secondly they procrastinate around too much not being proactive.
