In the comments following the "Coral" announcement, you asked what "suggestions" we commenters might have for improvements. Well, here are three:
1- Change the font size of the commenters name, first of all. It is so large that it overwhelms the comment itself. Nothing should have a larger font than the actual comment, which is the thing most important to us readers. Also, there is too much BOLD shit that makes it difficult to focus in on the actual comment. This is especially true in the case of short and sweet comments, such as one sees in game threads. (Have they tried to put the comments in BOLD, and have everything else in "meek"?
2- Get rid of the "In reply to" line entirely. We can see to whom the reply is being made because of the indentation. Having "In reply to" there just adds more clutter. If it must be retained, please make it much smaller, and omit the "reply arrow" icon that precedes it. That added arrow "battles" with the "reply to" arrow icon at the bottom of the comment with the "rec" and "share" icons.
3- No one wants to have to load more of anything, whether it is comments or replies. (Well, OK, maybe someone does, but it sure aint me. I want to read all the idiotic things these idiotic idiots have to say.)
